2 day course on Metallography and Non-destructive methods

Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and Dept of Mechanical Engineering IIT Madras, in association with the Indian Welding Society, Chennai Centre, are organizing a two day course on Metallography and Non-destructive testing methods on 22nd and 23rd August 2008. The brochure is enclosed herewith.
The Workshop highlights the metallography methods including specimen preparation methods and quantitative metallographic evaluation procedures. Recent NDE methods, especially ultrasonic testing and radiographic inspection will be covered.
